MONOCHROME PRINTERS: $90/hr
ALL OTHER PRINTERS: $125/hr
(Includes MFP's, Color Printers, Label Printers, Plotters & Copiers)
ON-SITE SERVICE:
We proudly offer printer support services in the Raleigh-Durham (Triangle, RDU) area of North Carolina. Additional trip charge may apply - please contact us for details.
DEPOT/CARRY-IN SERVICE:
Customers are welcome to ship or drop off equipment to our service facility during business hrs M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. We charge $49 for a Repair Estimate and will apply this amount towards either the repair cost quoted (based on labor rates above) or cost of product replacement (if more economical).
