Depot/Carry In Service:
Customers are welcome to ship or drop off equipment to our service facility during business hrs M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Our Repair Estimate for a Zebra printer is $69.
Note: Repair Estimate fee will be applied towards quoted repair cost (if approved).
Ship Us Your Printer for Service:
You are welcome to ship us your printer for service. (Please note that estimate fees and labor rates for Depot/Carry In Service listed above will apply to all printers shipped for hp printer repair)
Please make sure to pack your printer securely and use a shipping service with reliable tracking information (FedEx / UPS preferable). Your printer will be inspected upon arrival and you will be notified if any shipping damage resulted prior to our technician working on the printer. PrinterStop can not be held liable for any shipping damage on printers shipped in for depot service. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs both outbound and inbound.
Our turnaround time is usually 1-2 business days or less (exceptions would be if parts are on backorder). Please call or email prior to sending in equipment to obtain an RMA number and confirm repair procedures. Write this number on the box as well as "Attn: Repair Department". (Please see below for an example). When packing laser printers, please remove the toner from the printer and wrap it in a plastic bag and secure outside printer. include a detailed description of the error or problem you are having with your equipment and your contact information.
